South’s Finest Chocolate factory halts production of Madeline Rogero confections

Posted on November 5, 2003 by Bjorn Knoxley

The South’s Finest Chocolate Factory has halted production of their newest confection, an edible bust of Madeline Rogero.

After bringing the new treat into public eye with a great deal of hoopla, it turns out that residents simply haven’t enjoyed the as much as expected. One customer was overheard to say that “…although this is an interesting item, it’s rather bland and simply has very little to offer I’m sure it would simply melt if left out in the heat.”

In an attempt to not waste the candies, the South’s Finest Chocolate Factory has donated the remaining items to Habitat for Humanity of Knoxville in hopes that they will be able to spruce up some Gingerbread Houses for the homeless this year over the Holidays.
